Peel Tech offers digital products for purchase on its own and affiliated online stores. Please note that all digital products are non-refundable. Our policy complies with the laws of both Pakistan and the United Kingdom, where Peel Technologies Ltd is registered here in both countries. 

Return and Refund policy for Physical Products. 


  • Our online store only accepts orders and ships products to end user customers.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service purchase, please email pay@peeltech.org within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

  • Physical products must be returned to our company within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA and must be unopened and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

  • Digital products are non-refundable, however, customer feedback and reviews are accepted in accordance with applicable laws.
